For other detailing companies

Got more aircraft than you have hands?

Airside Detailing already works as a subcontractor for detailing companies that catch overflow they cannot reach. Boise-based, Idaho-registered LLC, ramp-experienced crew, Aero Cosmetics chemistry on every airframe. Local relationships with every private terminal across the Treasure Valley.

01 · Who this is for

Detailers who already trust their work, and need a spare set of hands.

We do this already. When other aviation detailing companies hit a stretch where the calendar fills faster than they can service, they call us. We move in under their name or ours, do the work the way they do the work, and hand the aircraft back ready to invoice.

Excess capacity is the obvious case. So is geography. So is the schedule conflict that lands the same day as a big trip. We are a clean handoff for any of those.

If you have already vetted contractors, you know the questions you ask. Send the questions. We will answer them.

02 · The credentials

Airside Detailing LLC. Registered in Idaho.

A registered business entity, ready to be added to your approved-contractor list. Aero Cosmetics products approved by Boeing and Airbus on every job. Years of experience around private aircraft, on the ramp, in the hangar, and inside the cabin.

03 · What we bring

A finish that matches yours.

We work to the standard you set. If your shop uses a specific process, we follow it. If your client expects a specific outcome, that is the outcome we deliver. We are subcontractors, not subletters.

On chemistry, the Aero Cosmetics line is the default. If your shop has a different approved product, we use yours.

Boise base. Existing relationships at every Treasure Valley private terminal. If your client lands here, we already have the ramp access lined up.

04 · How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

A short brief at the start, a clean handoff at the end. Everything in between is what you would do yourself.

Step 01

Brief

Aircraft, location, scope, timeline, standards. The faster you can send the brief, the cleaner the handoff.

Step 02

Quote

Fixed quote inside the same business day. Subcontractor rates calibrated for repeat work, not one-offs.

Step 03

Service

Crew arrives at the aircraft on time. Work performed to your spec. Photo documentation if you want it.

Step 04

Handoff

Aircraft returned ready. You invoice your client. We invoice you on agreed terms.

05 · The pitch in one paragraph

If your books are full and your aircraft is still on the ramp, that is a problem we can solve.

You keep the client. We do the work. The aircraft gets the finish it was promised. No drop-off in quality. No drop-off in trust. No reason for the call to go to a competitor next time.

Send a note from the contact page or email directly. Tell us who you are, where you operate, and what the workload looks like. We answer inside the same business day.
